Seven workshops designed for prospective and present small business owners with hundreds of training / coaching tips and proven "time test" strategies to help them build a profitable and sustainable business.

Each attendee will receive individual attention and coaching tips for their particular business dream, vision and mission and will as self confidence. leadership and negotiating skills. Exercises for product and services pricing methods, introduction / public speaking, important salesperson instinctive deal closing strategies.

The first steps to take when turning dream or hobby into a business and before writing a business plan. How to become self employed. Enhance business skills. Choosing the right business. Strengthening self confidence and initial introduction skills through in-class exercises. Study important strategies to help every business earn more profits and the owners enhance their leadership and salesmanship skills.

Business models and plans are the most important tool a small business owner has. Learn how to turn your ideas into a solid plan for financing and long-term success. Session One: How to become Self Employed. (1)
Planning your new business: In your mind and on paper.
After learning the skills and earning required certifications, Itís time to know how to start the process of owning your own business.
Learn the basic skills and strategies needed to have a successful sustainable business organization. The session includes discussions about finding the time for your new business, creating business models, organization, fundamental understanding "trading time for money" and how to set prices when charging for your services. Learn what profit centers are and why are they so important for your future. Know how a well planned Internet presence is a vital component for success in small business today.

Session Two: How to become Self Employed. (2)
Selecting and Marketing Profit Centers to sustain a small business.
( Brief review session 1)
Every business needs as many manageable revenue generators as possible. Surveying and selecting the best revenue sources for a business is critical for its survival. Learning to establish the best profit centers that will increase sales without driving up overhead cost is a primary goal of this workshop.
Next, planning a targeted marketing campaign for profit center aimed at predetermined customer groups will raise sales and volume numbers while reducing overall marketing expenses.

Where can I find the money to start a business?

Once you have a good idea how much time and investment capital your new business will require, consider lots of options where to find the needed funds while keeping your long term debt as low as possible.
The workshop focus is about "bootstrapping", self fund raising, using old assets to produce new capital, family / friends borrowing tips and preparing to visit the bankers.

Session Four: How to become Self Employed. (4)
How to help customers find your business and make a PROFIT year after year.
(Brief review session 1, 2, & 3)
Keeping the new business up and running is a bigger job than getting it started. This workshop focus is on the three most important factors for business success; customer traffic, profitability and positive cash flow. Itís all about understanding true value of products and services and how to establish their price. Learn the many difference types of pricing strategies and how to use them to your advantage, overall profitability while maintaining positive cash flow.
